The table features two useful drawers to the front, both retaining their original wooden knob handles. These provide convenient storage for stationery, correspondence and smaller personal items while preserving the simple, understated character of the piece. Raised on four elegant turned legs, the table has a well-balanced and timeless appearance. The pine displays particularly appealing natural grain, warm colouring and established character throughout, giving the table an inviting appearance well suited to both traditional and more contemporary interiors.

Measuring 89.5 cm wide and 45 cm deep, the piece offers a useful working surface while remaining relatively compact. Its versatile proportions make it particularly suitable as a writing desk or study table, while it could equally serve as an occasional or console table. Presented in good vintage condition, with appropriate signs of age and historic use consistent with its 20th-century origin. A highly versatile piece of vintage furniture, combining two practical drawers, original wooden handles, attractive turned legs and beautifully grained pine within a simple and timeless design.
