Design Plus Gallery presents a Set of Four Plates by Este Ceramiche for Gump's. The brand is a historic Italian ceramic and porcelain manufacturer based in Este, Italy, known for hand-painted majolica and fine decorative tableware. Este Ceramiche produced specialty hand-painted pieces and dinnerware lines for luxury retailers and department stores like Gump's San Francisco. This set has a chambered nautilus shell, a conch shell, and two plates have purple Angelfish as their central design. All the plates have a raised rim of nautical shapes; starfish, shells and the like around their perimeter with a cobalt blue-lined border. They are all in good condition with a branding stamp on their underside.
