Commissioned in 2001 at the Phyllis Morris Showroom in Los Angeles for an original retail price of $40,000, this monumental, hand-crafted cocktail and lounge display cabinet is an investment-grade statement piece by the legendary "designer to the stars," Phyllis Morris. Exuding grand-scale California luxury and striking Hollywood Regency glamour, this cabinet serves as an absolute architectural centerpiece for an elegant estate room, luxury lounge, or high-design residential space.
Artisan Craftsmanship & Features
The exterior boasts magnificent, hand-carved detailing showcasing a rare, sophisticated dual-tone silver leaf and gold gilt wood finish. This exquisite metallic leafing contrasts beautifully with a custom marble top featuring traditional, deeply defined Egg-and-Dart structural carving. The central hosting bay opens to a beautifully mirrored and illuminated interior designed to seamlessly showcase premium spirits, decanters, and crystal glassware.
Exceptional Storage & Scale
Architecturally imposing yet highly functional, the unit offers exceptional storage capacity across two distinct tiers:
• Upper Tier: Two grand, glass-front display cabinets housing four expansive shelves for curated curation.
• Lower Tier: Four spacious lower wooden cupboards concealing deep integrated shelving for discrete storage.
Condition & Logistics
Preserved in excellent original condition, this custom-built masterpiece is located in a private estate just outside Atlanta, Georgia. The marble top is unattached/removable for safer elite transport.
