Crafted from ceramic and finished in shimmering gold plate, the piece takes the form of an exaggerated, almost caricatured trophy, complete with two generously looping handles and a charmingly off-kilter body that leans into its comic intent. Bold, hand-painted black lettering spelling out "Last Place" stands out crisply against the metallic sheen, delivering its tongue-in-cheek message with confidence. The gold surface shows gentle unevenness and an age-related patina that only enhances its vintage character and handmade appeal. More than a novelty, the trophy is a witty piece of decorative art that celebrates the lighter side of ceremonial objects and the long tradition of playful kitsch. Display it on a bookshelf, bar cart, office credenza or game room mantel, where it is sure to spark conversation and laughter. It also makes a memorable gift for a good sport or anyone who appreciates design with a sense of humor. Grouped with other trophies, vintage awards or quirky ceramics, it creates an eye-catching, personality-filled vignette.

The trophy measures 6 inches wide, 3 inches deep and 7.25 inches high. It is in very good vintage condition. The gold-plated finish shows minor wear and some surface irregularities consistent with age, while the ceramic structure is intact with no visible cracks or chips. The piece is stable and well suited for display. A charming collectible for lovers of whimsical vintage decor and witty conversation pieces. See less
