A rare pair of white Fall or Thanksgiving Native American tapered candle holders.
The images shows a pair of glossy white ceramic bisque Thanksgiving or harvest figures depicting a boy in Native American dress holding a pumpkin and a girl dressed in typical Native American attire. The pumpkin and basket hold long tapered candles. The Theme is Fall, harvest, or Thanksgiving figures featuring traditional Native American harvest attire.
I was unable to find a makers mark or country of origin so my guess is that these are vintage molds that were sold to he painted or glazed as a craft item. They may have been made anywhere from 1940’s through 60’s.
The boy is slightly taller than the girl at 9.5 inches and she is 9.25 inches tall. The round base diameter is 4 inches wide.
