This is an Art Nouveau style double-light table lamp featuring frosted floral-shaped art glass shades (resembling tulip or rose blossoms) mounted on a patinated brass frame with a marble and brass base.
While the double-branch column structure mimics early Victorian/Regency oil burners, the specific execution- including the tiered marble block base, geometric casting details, and frosted molded opalescent "flower bloom" glass shades—is highly characteristic of early 20th-century decorative electric accents.
