Its most distinctive feature is the ornamental composition surrounding the dial: a succession of curved metal elements, spirals, and sinuous lines, crafted from metal and burnished brass. The tapered ends and enveloping shapes lend the piece a powerful decorative character, transforming it into a truly decorative wall décor. At the center is the circular dial, protected by a transparent, curved cover, with a delicate ivory hue that elegantly contrasts with the dark exterior. Below the center is the jaz transistor brand, accompanied by the wording "france" and the wording "lic. Ato," details that confirm the brand's french production. The battery-powered movement, housed in a circular support, is visible on the back, along with the wall mounting system. The metal frame retains a pleasant vintage patina, with chromatic variations on the gold-plated parts that enhance the piece's authenticity. With its combination of a simple dial and elaborate metal decoration, this clock represents an interesting example of dome design. It is particularly suitable for mid-century modern environments.
