Beautiful antique French porcelain flower bouquet composed of densely layered, individually modeled deep purple violet blossoms surrounded by sculpted green leaves. Each flower is formed with dimensional petals and a rich glazed surface, creating the appearance of a freshly gathered bouquet. The underside bears an impressed mark and model numbers 294/35. A wonderful example of French floral porcelain, botanical ceramic sculpture and antique decorative flowers, with scattered petal and leaf wear consistent with the delicacy and age of the piece. From Chartres, France!
