An impressive and substantial vintage Italian studio art glass goblet vase, expertly crafted to capture the organic elegance of the Art Nouveau period. Recreating the spirit of historic French cameo glassworks by masters like Émile Gallé, this statement piece features a warm, frosted satin amber base color that beautifully diffuses light.
The body is dramatically adorned with a high-relief, hand-painted glass enamel design depicting autumnal maple-style leaves and winding, fluid tendrils. The dark brown enamel lines are applied using a meticulous trailing technique, leaving distinct dimensional ridges on the exterior, while transparent amber enamel brushstrokes add depth and organic texture across the foliage.
The trumpet-shaped funnel bowl balances elegantly atop a prominent, molded central ring knop stem and tapers down to a wide, flared circular foot accented with continuous swirling abstract lines. The lower stem features a hand-applied gold luster script studio mark. The upper interior rim preserves its original metallic gold export sticker, reading "ART DECO, HAND MADE IN ITALY" around a geometric ziggurat/vessel logo.
