Striking lounge chair manufactured by the renowned Ficks Reed Co. Known primarily for their luxury rattan and resort-style furnishings, rare solid wood modern pieces from Ficks Reed offer exceptional craftsmanship and timeless Scandinavian-inspired architecture.
Frame: Crafted from blonde ash/hardwood featuring a clean-lined slatted backrest, sculpted flat armrests, and signature outward-tapered splayed legs.
Support System: Outfitted with an original helical spring suspension system hooked to a durable canvas sling base.
Cushions & Upholstery: Includes removable box-edge seat and back cushions upholstered in a rich, honey-ochre textured woven fabric.
Authenticity: Retains the original metal maker’s badge stamped "Product of Ficks Reed Co." attached to the frame.
