An elegant Italian Art Deco bar cabinet from the 1940s, crafted from walnut with refined walnut burl fronts and designed in the style of Gio Ponti. Its compact structure features gently rounded corners, contrasting dark wood trim, and two drop-front doors embellished with brass inserts and details. Once opened, the cabinet reveals two distinct compartments. One features a striking interior with original period mosaic mirrors, enhanced by brass details and a drop-down panel that serves as a serving surface; the second offers additional storage space with a wooden interior. The piece has been professionally restored and French-polished using traditional techniques. The mosaic mirrors have been preserved in their original period configuration.
Dimensions: width 80 cm, height 75 cm, depth 40 cm.
