Vintage ceramic monkey plant stand featuring a seated monkey supporting a rectangular platform above its head. The monkey is depicted in a relaxed pose, resting its chin on one hand while holding a piece of fruit in the other. Richly glazed in shades of olive, turquoise green, and dark blue, the piece features detailed sculpted fur, expressive facial features, and a textured geometric base. The rectangular top is finished in a deep blue glaze with green edging and decorative accents. Reminiscent of traditional majolica pottery, this distinctive piece works beautifully as a plant stand, small pedestal, or display stand for a favorite decorative object. Its playful animal motif and colorful glazing make it well suited to Chinoiserie, Hollywood Regency, eclectic, and maximalist interiors.
Will be carefully DOUBLE BOXED with plenty of materials to help ensure its safe arrival at its new home. Please message me if you have any questions.
