The dark, walnut-toned frames carry the turned legs and joined stretchers of Spanish Colonial seating, and the seats have been newly upholstered in a warm golden fabric. Chairs in this style were made across Spain and its colonies.

Each chair is 22 inches wide, 23 inches deep and 51 inches tall, with a seat height of 21 inches. Set the pair on either side of a console, at the ends of a long table or in a hall, where the carved crests can be seen from across the room. The upholstered seats make them easy to use every day, and the dark wood keeps a pale room grounded.
