A matching pair of vintage ceramic taper candlesticks produced by Napco (Napcoware) during the mid-20th century. Molded in the "Provincial White" pattern (Model C-7996), these holders feature an ornate design inspired by traditional Baroque and Victorian plasterwork. The bases are structured with scrolling footed legs that rise to a paneled central column and a wide, flanged drip pan rim designed to hold standard taper candles.
The bodies are made of dense earthenware finished in a uniform, high-gloss white glaze that emphasizes the relief details of the scrolling acanthus leaves.
