Each bowl is decorated inside and out with flowing lotus blossoms, scrolling vines, leaves, and dotted botanical details, creating a richly patterned surface with the timeless appeal of classic Asian blue-and-white ceramics.

Slight variations in the brushwork, glaze, pattern placement, and coloration give the bowls the collected, artisan character associated with Bat Trang pottery.

Generously sized for their compact footprint, these are wonderfully multipurpose bowls. Their approximately 4.75-inch diameter and 2.75-inch depth make them suitable for rice, soup, noodles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, desserts, dipping dishes, condiments, or individual side servings. They would also make a beautiful addition to an open kitchen shelf or a collected blue-and-white table setting.
