Elegant Postmodern rolling bar cart dating to the 1980s, featuring a sculptural black lacquered tubular-metal frame accented with polished brass fittings and decorative finials. Two generously sized clear-glass shelves provide ample space for displaying and serving spirits, glassware and cocktail accessories.
The distinctive design incorporates curved gallery rails, an elevated wrapped handle and smoothly rolling casters. Its dramatic black-and-brass palette blends the glamour of Hollywood Regency with the streamlined geometry of late-20th-century design.
A sophisticated and functional addition to a living room, dining room, library or cocktail lounge. The manufacturer remains unknown; the design recalls high-quality Italian and American decorator furniture of the period.
