Crafted from premium mahogany, the chair features a striking, high-arched back with a rich vertical feather-grain splat, beautifully flanked by deep, hand-carved acanthus leaf and scroll accents. Its distinctive gondola-style arms curve gracefully downward to meet a robust seat frame upholstered in a classic cream floral damask fabric, finished with a traditional brass tack border. Raised on elegant front cabriole legs ending in authentic, period brass ball casters with beaded socket plates, this sophisticated piece balances historical grandeur with structural integrity, making it a perfect, high-end statement piece for a library, study, or desk setup.
