Pair of late 19th century oak benches from England .
The benches have beveled and carved edges around the tops with carved central medallions and complementing carved corner decorations.
The apron is simple and the piece is supported on hand turned and splayed legs, joined by simple stretchers. It is wonderful to be able to offer a pair of these lovely benches, as they are hard to find in pairs.
