This is a finely detailed vintage gilt bronze figure of Zakiram, a revered Tibetan Buddhist deity. The figure is seated in a dynamic, upright pose with both hands raised in a ritual gesture, wearing an ornate crown, layered necklaces, and flowing robes adorned with beaded chains. It is backed by a large, elaborate flame-shaped halo (mandorla) with intricate openwork scroll patterns, and rests on a decorated, tiered lotus base. The reverse of the halo features a small niche, and the bronze is finished with a rich, bright gold gilding. It is a striking and well-cast collector's piece.
