Unusual and fine Mission Oak / Arts & Crafts rocking chair. Circa. 1910. Crafted with through tenon and peg construction. Exceptionally beautiful finish with rich deep glow to patina. This rocker is made in the same fashion and construction methods of the finest furniture of this period, such as Stickley or Roycroft. Notice extra long corbels from arm to floor, through tenon at top of armrest. Retains paper label from original retailer, "Blue Grass". Unknown maker. Original removable spring seat frame with current fabric in fair condition.
