Original metal manufacturers tag is still in place on the backside.

This piece is solid, sturdy, and functional.
Honestly, we are not 100% sure if this is truly leather or maybe really old Naugahyde. But we lean strongly towards leather... Please look at all of the photos and decide for yourself.

Bench most likely originates from a train depot, courthouse, fraternal organization or club, etc...
When you look closely at the oak you will see wonderful quarter sawn and tiger oak grains.

It is quite RARE finding an authentic time period oak bench of this length!!

Minor natural age related wear may be found throughout, but we did not see any large chips, cracks, breaks, tears, holes, etc... Nothing like that.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, areas that may need cleaning, etc... can be expected.
The bench seating currently lifts out of the base for easy reupholstery (if you wanted to do so), but is also pretty heavy so there is definitely no need to have it screwed down in place. It sits just fine without budging or moving around.

Bench measures 10ft (120") long X 25.5" deep X 42" tall
27.5" tall to the top of the arms ... 18.5" tall floor to the top of the seat
