A 1950s-60s wall clock from the ffr factory in morbier (jura), typical of the "formica" clocks of the era. Its free-form, kidney-shaped or boomerang-like design is very characteristic of post-war design. The straw-yellow formica with a woven texture, encircled by a black border, highlights the gilt brass dial: gilt arabic numerals with graphic curves, gilt spearhead hands, domed glass, and a central ffr medallion in a half-sunburst design.
