A striking Chinese porcelain charger (plate). The white ground is finely hand-painted with a dynamic scene of two fierce tigers in a mountainous landscape, surrounded by pine trees, yellow chrysanthemums, and a flowing waterfall. The top right corner features black calligraphy and a red seal mark. The base bears a red six-character "Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi" (Made in the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing) seal mark, along with a red collector's wax seal and a vintage "Robert DUPUY" Paris gallery label.
