It can be used as a music stand, podium or dictionary stand. A Victorian era item with a mahogany top and base with a metal column. The height and depth adjust with cast iron knobs or wheels. It has a carved pedestal that leads to four reeded legs with brass capped, claw feet. The top has wood ledges to keep your reading materials in place. In excellent condition with some period wear and patina, consistent with age and use. Has a few minor scuff marks. There is no serious damage or repairs.
