Beautiful set of three vintage Adams India Parrot Gray Real English Ironstone plates featuring an elegant Chinoiserie-inspired bird and botanical design.
Each plate features a stylized parrot surrounded by flowering branches, foliage, butterflies and landscape elements rendered in sophisticated gray-blue, charcoal and warm neutral tones against creamy English ironstone. The softly shaped rims add to their decorative appeal.
Marked on the reverse India Parrot Gray, Real English Ironstone, Adams, Est. 1657, England, Micratex.
Each measures approximately 8” diameter x 1” high, with a 4 1/4” foot ring.
Condition: Pristine vintage condition. No chips, cracks, repairs or noticeable utensil wear. Decoration is exceptionally clean and well preserved. Please see photographs for details.
Wonderful displayed as a grouping, incorporated into a Chinoiserie plate wall, or used as distinctive vintage tableware.
