A striking set of four vintage Herman Miller molded shell side chairs featuring original white upholstery with contrasting black edging and distinctive crossed seam detailing. Each chair rests on a black metal H-base with original-style glides.
The underside retains the Herman Miller, Inc., Zeeland, Michigan labeling, along with the original latex foam upholstery tag. A wonderful example of classic mid-century modern design, combining the iconic sculptural shell silhouette with a crisp black-and-white palette.
