From the living estate of Arizona based, brutalist sculpture artist, John Gleason, add a touch of timeless English elegance to your home with this beautiful 6-piece vintage partial service set by Wedgwood. Crafted in the iconic and highly collectible Celadon (Sage) Green Jasperware colorway, this set features a beautiful matte unglazed finish accented by crisp, hand-applied white stoneware neoclassical bas-reliefs depicting classical muses, cherubs, and floral grapevine swags.
The set includes two footed teacups with matching saucers, a raised pedestal compote/mini cake stand (perfect for macarons or small confections), and a central tabletop lighter or small trinket vessel holder.
Each piece features the clean, sharp relief detailing indicative of mid-to-late 20th-century craftsmanship. The undersides bear the distinct impressed "WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND" backstamp, dating the manufacturing window to post-1908. A perfect addition for collectors of English pottery, neoclassical aesthetics, or traditional high-tea decor.
