Wonderful antique child’s armchair featuring an intricately turned wood frame with tall finial-topped posts, a spindle back and turned arm supports. The repeated bobbin-style turning throughout gives the chair wonderful texture and architectural detail, complemented by a softly curved pale blue upholstered seat secured with decorative nailheads. Beautifully scaled as a child’s chair, nursery chair or decorative accent chair, the warm aged wood patina contrasts beautifully with the understated blue upholstery!
