Striking large-scale vintage brass sculpture depicting an elegant standing greyhound. Beautifully modeled with the breed’s characteristic long, slender legs, deep chest, narrow waist and elongated profile, this is a wonderfully sculptural decorative piece.
The figure has lovely anatomical detailing throughout, from the defined rib cage and musculature to the expressive face, folded ears, long curved tail and individually modeled paws. Its substantial scale gives it a commanding presence and makes it an excellent statement piece for an entry console, library, living room or designer interior.
