She received first prize at the Milan Triennale in 1951 and first prize at the Vallauris International Ceramics Competition in 1972. She was awarded the Pro Finland Medal in 1962, the Finnish State Prize in 1974, and the City of Helsinki Medal in 1978. This piece has an attribution mark,
