This rarely offered set of nine Minton Pottery UK, 9" Plates in the "Wild Strawberry Leaves" pattern, dating from the late 19th century, is in very good condition.
Distinguished by subtle, muted shades of cream, beige, and light green, the foliate motifs are raised and often hand-enameled onto the plates. Identified as "Drab Ware" to differentiate them from the more colorful Majolica common at that time, these understated pieces co-ordinate easily with most decor schemes, making them a versatile addition to any collection.
