The fabric has a subtle woven floral design that catches the light nicely, with decorative braided gimp trim outlining each individual panel. The lower edge is finished with its original long fringe, giving the shade a wonderful old-fashioned boudoir or Hollywood Regency appearance.

The shade retains its interior wire framework and top spider fitting. Its distinctive shape—with a narrow upper opening, dramatically curved sides and broad lower diameter—would make a great replacement shade for a substantial vintage table or boudoir lamp.

Measurements: approximately 13” high including fringe × 17.5” diameter at the widest point.

Vintage estate condition with expected age and use. There is some discoloration/toning and scattered spotting to the light-colored fabric. The fringe has wear, tangling and losses in areas, with some loose threads and wear to the trim. Interior lining/frame also shows age. Please review photographs closely, as they are an important part of the condition description.

A very attractive original vintage shade with a great silhouette—particularly nice for restoring an older decorative lamp while retaining an authentic period appearance. See less
