Vintage 20” Scalloped Silk Lamp Shade Lattice Openwork Trim Large 16” Tall
Description
Beautiful large vintage scalloped fabric table lamp shade featuring an unusual open lattice/netted border along both the upper and lower edges.
The shade has a softly shaped, paneled body in a warm ivory/cream tone with pronounced scalloped edges. The open woven lattice trim gives it an elegant, delicate appearance particularly well suited to French, Neoclassical, Hollywood Regency, or traditional lighting.
This shade was previously used on a large antique cobalt blue porcelain and bronze-mounted table lamp and has the substantial proportions needed for a large decorative lamp.
Measures approximately 20” in diameter x 16” high.
Vintage condition with expected age and use wear, including some discoloration/toning, minor spots and imperfections to the fabric and trim. The wire framework appears generally intact from the photographs. Please review all photos closely as they are an important part of the condition description.
