Antique Victorian Perambulator Carriage Go-Cart with Umbrella The Kinley 1870s Rare
A very rare antique full size Victorian perambulator carriage with umbrella. Dates back to 1870s era. Featured is the stick and ball body, bentwood handles and frame. Also the all elusive umbrella hardware is present. The wheels are steel with hard rubber tires. The long wooden floor features pressed basket weave designs and is 14 inches wide by 27 inches long. Original brass makers tag that state The Kinley. This is the Kinley Wicker Go Cart Carriage. Original finish. A few breaks in the rattan. A removable and adjustable 30 inches diameter cloth covered parasol. Has locking rear brakes. This is a very large carriage that is in excellent original condition. The front wheels are 20 inches in diameter. The back wheels are 22 inches in diameter. Overall 58 inches in length and 20 inches wide and 41 inches tall at the rear posts. Guesstimate weight is 50 pounds. Being sold as a decorative item for dolls. Please note all photos for they too are a part of our descriptions. Inv. eec
