Elegant piece composed of cut outs of a guitar-wielding cowboy, Belle Epoch era/Art Nouveau styled comic/performer, and an image of Campidoglio (Capitoline Hill) in Rome. All encased in a plexiglass-fronted wooden box with floral motif paper border and topped with a round paperboard finial embellished with maroon and gold thread with an image of the actress Lillian Russell dressed as a fortune teller.
Found arm/hand silver objects have replaced those of the performer and hold a bouquet of flowers and fan, and gold thread has been added to the skirt of the dress.
Very good, vintage condition.
