An antique Limoges porcelain punch bowl, produced in France during the late 19th or early 20th century.
It features a traditional, hand-painted motif of purple and red wine grapes, sprawling green leaves, and soft autumnal shading. The interior and exterior rims are detailed with elegant gold gilt scrolling and borders.
The bowl is a stunning example of hand-painted porcelain artistry, featuring a vibrant design of clusters of grapes in rich hues of red, purple, and green, intertwined with lush, green leaves that cascade around the bowl's exterior. The interior of the bowl showcases a beautifully painted grapevine motif.
These punch bowls represent the peak of the Art Nouveau and late Victorian eras, typically dating between 1890 and 1915.
