Add a touch of timeless English sophistication to your vanity, desk, or curio shelf with this charming matching pair of mid-century Wedgwood jasperware mini pin dishes. Crafted in England out of the pottery house's iconic unglazed matte stoneware, this set is finished in a beautifully muted, earthy sage green.
Each small dish features an intricate, hand-applied white bisque bas-relief cameo medallion at its center. One dish illustrates a classical neoclassical vignette with a draped woman knelt before a column shrine, accompanied by a small winged cupid or cherub. The second dish captures a dynamic chariot scene featuring a classical figure steering a rearing horse over billowing clouds. The rim of both pieces is elegantly encircled by an embossed scrolling floral or olive leaf border motif. The undersides bear the crisp, impressed "WEDGWOOD / MADE IN ENGLAND" maker's mark. They are a versatile, highly giftable duo perfect for catching rings, delicate jewelry, or displaying as part of a traditional grandmillennial gallery wall.
