This striking porcelain piece features a beautiful, romantic Art Nouveau transfer decoration depicting large, soft anemone and poppy blossoms in delicate shades of pastel pink and cream, framed by muted green foliage.The plate features an elegant scalloped edge flanked by two integrated pierced handles, subtly highlighted with remnants of vintage gold gilt trim. The reverse side features the crisp, authentic green "R.S.
