This is a Great Looking Original Dial off of Very Early 19th Century American Weight Driven - Wooden Works Grandfather … Read more This is a Great Looking Original Dial off of Very Early 19th Century American Weight Driven - Wooden Works Grandfather Clock - "Tall Clock". It is Made out of Indigenous New England Hardwood. It was Made by the Historical & Well Documented Silas Hoadley ( Born 1786 - Died 1870 ) in Bethany Connecticut. It has Beautifully Hand Painted Features with Flowers - Sprigs - Etc. It is in Very Good Condition and Displays Nicely. It is Naturally Aged with Some Very Light Use Related Wear ( Paint Chips ). It Would Make a Great Wall Decoration in That Special Spot. A True Piece of Americana.
