Unusual, sculptural and unmistakably British in character, it is the type of distinctive accessory that would have once felt perfectly at home in a country estate, sporting lodge or traditional library.

The upper portion is fitted with an impressive thick silver collar and hinged lid, giving the rustic natural form of the hoof a refined and luxurious contrast. At the rear, a pair of beautifully formed solid silver curled supports sweep outward to create an elegant and stable stand. The combination of polished silver, warm natural materials and the rich tones of the hoof gives the piece tremendous visual character from every angle.
