The shaped upper tray is centered by an inlaid Freemason square-and-compass emblem with the letter “G,” executed in contrasting woods and colors.

The cart has a beautifully shaped two-tier form supported by four turned legs, with a brass gallery surrounding the upper serving surface. Decorative brass bottle holders are mounted on the lower tier, while the upper tray incorporates handsome brass handles with turned wooden grips. Four caster wheels allow the cart to be moved easily for serving.

The combination of warm figured wood, brass hardware and sculptural shaping gives the piece a wonderful Italian mid-century/Hollywood Regency character.
