This Hollywood Regency showpiece is cast in faux bronze — a white metal finished in deep charcoal-black with hand-applied verdigris highlighting — and modeled after archaic Chinese ritual bronzes. The tripod ding-form body is densely decorated with taotie mask motifs and Greek-key banding, flanked by twin dragon-head side handles with scrolled tails, while the domed lid is crowned by a pair of confronting phoenix-head handles rendered in the same ancient-bronze idiom. The piece stands on three sculpted mythical-beast feet and retains its original stainless steel liner with mint-green plastic seal ring, fully intact.
