Charming Silverplate Serving Platter in Art Nouveau Style (circa 1890–1910) emphasized organic shapes, flowing lines, and natural motifs, with shell designs being a popular feature in silver-plated trays.
This platter showcases:
Embossed or repousse decoration of shells, acanthus leaves, or floral motifs.
Scalloped edges, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functional stability.
Handcrafted details such as etched or engraved patterns on the surface.
This Platter is made of silver-plated metal over a brass base, making them visually similar to the Sterling Silver ones.
No Hallmark found, but very good Craftsmanship and easy to polish.
In very good vintage condition, some tarnish to the handle.
Measures:
Height: 3 inches x 10.25 inches diameter.
