It has seen morning recitations, ink stains, and endless afternoons! This French school desk from the 1950s is a small piece of collective memory. Its tubular metal frame, lacquered in mint green and slightly chipped by time, exudes that industrial and retro charm we love. The solid wood top, with its gilded finish, has a groove for a pencil and the original inkwell. A compartment provides some storage.
The desk is vintage and dates from the 1950s. It is made of solid wood and tubular metal. The top shows numerous traces of ink, paint, etc. The mint green metal paint has a patina, particularly at the base of the legs. The desk is in good condition, stable, and sturdy. We can find a matching chair from our stock upon request.
