Mid Century Era Vintage butterfly brooch from the 1950s featuring intricately worked openwork filigree wings formed from curled and looped metal wire in a lace like cannnetille style. The dimensional butterfly design includes rhinestone accents at the antennae and crystal details arranged along the segmented central body. The metal has an aged bronze and gilt finish with areas of natural patination.
