Porcelain figurine depicting a boy carrying a basket filled with grapes on his back, finely hand-painted and enhanced with gilded details. Produced in first quality porcelain and marked with the Meissen crossed swords. Origin: Germany. Material: Porcelain. Dimensions: H. 14 cm, W. 7 cm. Period: Early 20th century. Condition: Excellent condition with minor signs of wear. Meissen was founded in 1710 and is Europes oldest porcelain manufactory. The factory became world-renowned for its true hard-paste porcelain and its naturalistic figurines, often inspired by everyday life, mythology, and nature.
