Stunning, violet colored art glass clam shell shade reading lamp, imported from France, circa 1960's.
Constructed of solid brass with a heavy iron base.
Adjustable height (40" to 50") and pivot. Controlled with a dimmer switch.
Currently as found with nice, aged patina throughout.
Only "flaw" to note is a hairline crack in the seam between scallops(pictured last).
Only noticeable under very close inspection and in no way affects use or overall aesthetic beauty.
