Adorned with a beautiful rusty patina, this fabulous looking nicely-sized Victorian-style steel wirework planter basket, and accompanying forged steel tripod stand, was handcrafted sometime in the 1980s by a skilled Mexican iron artisan. It will look amazing in the spring, summer and fall overflowing with blooms or greens such as petunias, fuchsias, English ivy, lobelias, snapdragon and so much more! FYI, by using coconut coir liners (not included) this beauty will hold the plants firmly in place. The basket’s triple-rod handle and frame are handcrafted from steel wirework, while the accompanying tripod stand was fashioned from ribbed forged steel rods. This beautiful duo weighs 15 lbs. and measures as follows:

Basket in stand: 31½” x 23¼” x 23¼” H/W/D
Basket by itself: 18½” x 23¼” x 23¼” H/W/D; interior 8½” x 14” x 14” H/W/D
Stand by itself: 21½” high

In excellent condition with age-appropriate wear. Excellent structural condition with overall tight welds and only one small separation at one rod at the bottom of the basket (see photo 11) which does not affect its integrity or beauty.

Exuding vintage charm, this beautiful duo will add a decorative accent to your outdoor entertaining area, garden or even an indoor atrium space!
