Portieux Vallerystahl was founded in 1705 by Francois Magnien in Vosges due to its great location near to the raw materials for making glass. This piece was hand blown into a mould that was hand crafted by a skilled glass craftsmen with a pattern of a masonic goat's head on each side with Victorian style scroll and plume design that was made with great detail. This vase measures 7 5/8" tall be 3 5/8" wide and it is in Pristine Condition with no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and very little wear to the vase for the age of it.
