- Good antique condition. The chairs are of good weight. Original painted finish with attractive, naturally aged patina. Expected wear including … moreGood antique condition. The chairs are of good weight. Original painted finish with attractive, naturally aged patina. Expected wear including scattered paint losses, rubbing, edge wear and exposed wood consistent with age. Underside dust covers show age-related discoloration and the springs although intact are sagging a bit. One chair has slight movement at the chair back though it remains functional. The joints in this chair would benefit from tightening if intended for everyday use. The current fabric is serviceable as is.
